dinky.horse is a crowd-sourced, human-moderated bulletin board for event flyers sent in by text message. We keep the footprint small on purpose. Here is everything we hold onto.
What we save
- Your phone number, when you text us.
- The message and any attachments you send us.
- A log of messages in and out for troubleshooting.
How it is used
- We show approved attachments and messages on the site.
- Forward your messages and attachments to volunteers for approval.
- We only send outbound messages to our volunteer moderators.
- We only use saved data for site functionality.
What we don't do
We do not sell your data. We do not send marketing. We do not share your phone number with anyone outside the carriers that carry the message. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

to stop moderator alerts. Text

for carrier help. Flyer submitters do not receive application-generated
text messages. To have your submissions or your number
forgotten, email

How long we keep it
Approved flyers stick around until the event is well past or we're asked to remove them. Rejected and unprocessed messages get cleaned up on a rolling basis.
